According to a report by The Daily Hodl on May 10, Deep Tide TechFlow has disclosed a significant cybersecurity incident affecting 413,032 Americans, as documents were submitted to the Maine Attorney General's office by Kelly Benefits, a human resources company based in Maryland.

The investigation shows that an unknown entity unauthorizedly accessed the company's database from December 12 to December 17, 2024, stealing customer sensitive information including names, birth dates, social security numbers, tax identification numbers, medical and health insurance records, and financial account data.

Kelly Benefits has stated that notifications have been sent to affected individuals, and 12 months of credit monitoring and identity theft protection services are being offered. The company claims that currently "there is no evidence of any information related to this incident being misused," and has reported the data breach to federal law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
