CoinVoice has learned that according to Jin10 data, the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Pulte, has called on Congress to investigate Federal Reserve Chairman Powell, stating that his recent testimony in the Senate regarding the renovation plan of the Federal Reserve headquarters was "deceptive." Pulte stated: "I request Congress to investigate Powell, examine his political bias and the deceptive Senate testimony—these are sufficient to constitute 'just cause' for his dismissal."
Pulte's report on this matter was retweeted by Trump, stating that Powell should resign immediately. Previously, some media reported that the renovation project costs at The Federal Reserve (FED) headquarters were continuously rising and included several luxury designs. Last week, during a Senate hearing, Powell refuted some of the contents in the report, stating that it was "misleading and untrue in many respects."
