According to news from BiJie Wang, the digital asset investment platform Grayscale Investments has announced a strategic expansion of its management team and board of directors to support the next phase of the company's rise. The expansion of the management team includes: Diana Zhang as Chief Operating Officer, Ramona Boston as Chief Marketing Officer, Andrea Williams as Chief Communications Officer, and Maxwell Rosenthal as Chief Human Resources Officer, all of whom report to Grayscale CEO Peter Mintzberg. In addition, founder Barry Silbert will succeed Mark Shifke as Chairman of the Board, with the latter remaining a board member. The company is also considering further expanding the board to include independent directors.
