Ripple halts the release of quarterly XRP market reports and adjusts the disclosure method for Holdings.
According to the Gate.io News bot, as reported by Protos, Ripple announced in its Q1 2025 report that it will stop releasing quarterly XRP market reports and will adjust its disclosure method for XRP Holdings.
The company stated in the report that the information previously disclosed voluntarily to enhance transparency was used by the former leadership of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a basis for enforcement actions against the company, and that this practice "did not meet expectations."
Although the new disclosure format has not yet been determined, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse emphasized that the company will continue to release relevant information through its official website and social media channels.
